• Review the context behind every change: Each suggestion shows what Reevo wants to update, why it’s recommending the change, the confidence level, and the supporting email, meeting, or call.
• Work through cleanup faster: Filter by suggestion type, search by record, accept or reject in one click, bulk-clear suggestions, and switch between Pending, Accepted, and Rejected views.

Instead of reviewing CRM suggestions one record at a time, teams can now manage data hygiene from a single workspace. The same review experience is also available directly from individual records when you need more context.

• Rejoin multiple paths into one: After a Condition node sends records down different branches, Merge Branches lets those paths converge into a single shared workflow path.
• Carry the right values forward: Define outputs inside the merge and map a value from each branch to a single downstream variable, so later steps don't need separate logic for every possible path.
• Build safer downstream logic: After a merge, Reevo surfaces only variables guaranteed to exist at runtime, while Condition nodes now suggest only values available before the split.

Instead of duplicating the same follow-up steps under every branch, teams can build them once after the merge. That keeps complex workflows cleaner, easier to maintain, and less likely to drift out of sync.

• Add live HTML directly to notes: Notes now support a first-class HTML block, giving you a richer way to capture and display content alongside your existing notes.
• Keep Ask Reevo artifacts interactive: Save charts, dashboards, and other artifacts from Ask Reevo directly into a note without flattening them into plain text. Interactive elements stay interactive.
• Save or insert in seconds: Use Save to note on any Ask Reevo artifact, or type /html inside a note to add an HTML block manually.

Your notes can now hold more than static text. Save the outputs you create with Ask Reevo and revisit them later in the same rich, interactive format.

• Identify who was in the conversation: For ad-hoc meetings without a linked calendar event, Reevo uses AI to analyze the transcript and identify the contacts and accounts most likely involved.
• Get relevant CRM suggestions automatically: Instead of manually searching for the right records, Reevo surfaces suggested contacts and accounts based on the conversation context.
• Keep more meeting context connected: Attach ad-hoc conversations to the right CRM entities so notes, summaries, and follow-up context don’t get stranded outside the customer record.

Whether a conversation starts from desktop or mobile, Reevo can now help connect it back to the CRM, even when there was no calendar invite to work from.

• Find duplicates automatically: Reevo continuously scans accounts and contacts in the background to surface records that appear to represent the same person or company.
• Review and merge with confidence: Manage potential duplicates from a dedicated Data Integrity page, review matching records, and automatically merge records that meet your criteria.
• Define your own duplicate rules: Create custom rules for how Reevo identifies duplicates and configure auto-merge behavior around the data standards that matter to your team.

This gives teams an always-on layer of CRM hygiene without relying on manual cleanup. Catch duplicate records earlier, resolve them faster, and keep your customer data more trustworthy as it grows.

• Promote winning variants faster: Reevo scans your A/B sequence steps daily and flags inactive variants that clearly outperform the active version, so you can switch to the winner in one click.
• Improve email copy with AI: Active email variants are scored for copy quality, with stronger rewrite suggestions surfaced when Reevo spots an opportunity to improve the message.
• Review recommendations in one place: Suggestions appear in the Connect → Performance tab and Command Center, while copy recommendations also show directly on the relevant email step.

Instead of manually digging through A/B test results and rewriting underperforming emails, teams get a daily stream of recommendations they can review, accept, or dismiss.

• Filter by recent sequence activity: Every contact now includes three read-only fields—Sequence Touched in Window, Sequence Opened in Window, and Sequence Replied in Window—so you can quickly find contacts who have engaged recently.
• Define what “recent” means for your team: Admins can set the engagement window in Sequence settings, with a 30-day default. Change it to 7, 14, 60 days, or whatever best fits your sales cycle.
• Keep engagement data automatically up to date: Reevo recalculates engagement immediately when the window changes and automatically updates contacts as activity ages out, so your filters always reflect the current period.

Instead of relying on lifetime engagement or digging through individual sequence performance, teams can now monitor and act on fresh buying signals directly from the contact record.

• Let AI triage the inbox: Every sequence reply is automatically classified by intent (such as Interested, Referral, Out of Office, or Not Interested) with a confidence score. The redesigned Replies tab separates messages that need action, adds filters and live counts, and keeps long reply threads cleaner.
• Get the next move ready: Reevo prepares the right follow-up based on each reply. Interested prospects can get an AI-drafted response ready to review and send, while high-confidence interest can automatically create an opportunity and medium-confidence replies can tee one up for approval.
• Handle every reply type intelligently: Out-of-office replies can snooze contacts automatically, referrals can generate introductions, and left-company replies can surface alternate contacts to enroll. Reps can also correct classifications with built-in feedback to help improve the AI over time.

Instead of sorting through every reply manually, reps can work a prioritized queue with the next action already prepared. That means less inbox triage and more time spent on the prospects most likely to move forward.

• Make custom fields unique: Admins can mark any custom text or numeric field on Contacts, Accounts, or Custom Objects as unique, so values like external IDs, contract numbers, and license keys can’t be reused across records of the same type.
• Catch duplicates before they create problems: Reevo validates unique fields at write time across manual edits, imports, workflows, the public API, and two-way syncs. If a duplicate is attempted, Reevo rejects the write with a clear error pointing to the conflicting record.
• Clean up existing conflicts before enforcement: When uniqueness is enabled on an existing field, Reevo scans for duplicates and surfaces them for review before activating the constraint.

Custom unique fields give teams a more reliable way to use business-critical fields as identifiers. Set the rule once, and Reevo helps preserve data integrity everywhere those records are created or updated.

• Search the live web for hard-to-find prospects: Ask Reevo can now discover companies and decision-makers for local, specialized, or underrepresented markets (either when you request web search, when standard results are limited, or when your ICP is clearly niche).
• Turn web research into a ready-to-use prospect list: Ask Reevo combines live web results with your CRM data, identifies relevant buying signals, verifies discovered email addresses, and saves companies and contacts directly to a prospect list.
• Keep the entire workflow in one conversation: Move from discovery to enrichment, sequence creation, and enrollment without leaving Ask Reevo.

Live web search prioritizes focused, high-quality results and is used as a fallback when standard prospecting coverage falls short. That means even highly specific ICPs can become actionable, verified prospect lists.

• Message the right teammate instantly: Add a Send Teams DM node to notify any Reevo user with a matching Microsoft Teams account, such as alerting a deal owner when an opportunity slips.
• Post updates to Teams channels: Use the Send Teams Channel Message node to share workflow updates in standard channels, from flagging deals for review to celebrating a major closed opportunity.
• Connect once for the entire organization: After Microsoft Teams and Reevo admins complete the one-time setup and authorization process, everyone can use Teams messaging nodes without connecting their own account.

Bring workflow notifications directly into Microsoft Teams without building or maintaining a separate integration. Add a messaging node to any flow and keep the right people informed automatically.

• Connect in just a few steps: Generate a personal or workspace API key in Granola, then add it under Reevo’s Integrations settings. Meetings remain private by default and are only visible to invited participants.
• Find every conversation in Reevo: Newly connected meetings sync within minutes and appear on the Past Conversations page, where you can search for the right discussion.
• Keep meeting context up to date: View Granola transcripts and summaries directly in Reevo, regenerate summaries when needed, and rely on automatic hourly syncs for new or updated meetings.

Turn the conversations captured in Granola into searchable context your team can revisit and use throughout Reevo.

• Connect more of your workspace: MCP connectors are now generally available for Notion, Linear, Pylon, PostHog, and Google Drive. The Slack connector is also available to beta customers ahead of its broader rollout.
• Get stronger, more informed answers: Ask Reevo can retrieve relevant information from connected tools, such as reading a signed document in Google Drive to refresh the details of a deal.
• Turn context into action: Ask Reevo can also take supported actions in external applications, like creating a Pylon ticket from a follow-up discussed in a meeting or email.

Admins can enable approved connectors for the organization, and individual users can connect or disconnect their own accounts from their settings. With more of your company’s context available, Ask Reevo can answer questions and complete work with a fuller picture.

• Model relationships your way: Create one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, or many-to-many relationships between any CRM objects (including accounts connected to other accounts).
• Link and manage records at scale: View every connection in a record’s Related Records tab, link or unlink records directly, connect up to 100 records through a bulk action, or import thousands of relationships by CSV.
• Ask Reevo about every connection: Use Ask Reevo to explore custom relationships, from specific questions like who reports to a contact to open-ended requests for everything associated with an account.

Whether you are connecting corporate accounts to franchises, contacts to referred opportunities, or entirely custom objects to one another, Reevo can now represent the relationships that make your business unique.

• Group related workflows: Create folders for specific teams, processes, or use cases, then nest folders inside one another to match your organization's structure.
• Build and move workflows where they belong: Create a workflow directly inside a folder, move existing workflows from the row menu, or return them to the main All Workflows view.
• Find automations faster: Navigate with breadcrumbs, filter the list by folder, and search across every workflow while seeing its complete folder path.

Replace one long, crowded workflow list with a structure that scales alongside your automation strategy. Spend less time searching and more time building.

• Choose your font and size: Customize emails to match your brand, personal style, or the familiar look of your everyday inbox.
• Add text colors and highlights: Emphasize important details with inbox-ready colors that appear as intended when your message is delivered.
• Fine-tune line and paragraph spacing: Create cleaner, tighter messages and remove the oversized gaps that can make emails feel padded or overly promotional.

The same formatting controls are now available across one-off emails, sequences, templates, and signatures. What you see in the editor is what your recipient sees in their inbox.

• Forecast sequence completion: See an estimated finish date before enrollment and throughout a live sequence, so you know whether a large send will take days or weeks.
• Find the real bottleneck: Reevo shows whether delays come from sequence timing, limited mailbox capacity, or other sequences competing for the same sending pool. When capacity is the issue, it recommends how many mailboxes to add to meet your target.
• Monitor mailbox health at a glance: The new mailbox overview shows weekly send utilization, active and warming mailboxes, and any accounts that need attention due to DNS, warmup, or other issues.

Forecast the timeline, identify what's holding it back, and fix your mailbox pool before sequence performance takes a hit.

• Confirm every discovered work email: Reevo now verifies that an enriched email address belongs to the prospect’s company before adding it to the contact record.
• Block bad matches without losing good ones: Personal addresses and emails tied to unrelated companies are filtered out, while legitimate variations (such as parent-company, acquired-brand, regional, and rebranded domains) are recognized and retained.
• Improve data quality without extra work: Verification runs automatically for every organization, quietly making each enriched contact cleaner and more trustworthy.

• Keep tasks up to date: Change task fields, add or remove linked records, and use the updated task in downstream nodes for further automation.

Turn moments like deal-stage changes into immediate, assigned follow-up actions without relying on someone to create, find, or update the task manually.

Reps can now merge duplicate records via specific fields in Reevo, maintaining CRM hygiene.

• Merge preview - Preview opportunities before taking action, see how this will look, before making a final decision.
• Conflict resolution - Choose which value wins for conflicting fields and linked roles (e.g. title / department on a Contact Account role)
• Carry what you need over - Accounts, opportunities, pipelines, emails, phone numbers, activities, and custom relationships/associations

Merge without fear. Custom relationships now survive a merge and deals keep moving forward.

Ask Reevo is now available in Slack. Use the "@AskReevo" prompt in any Slack channel to chat with Reevo in one place.

This new bot will need to be intentionally added to channels you want it to be a part of. This feature also has the ability to look across threads and messages within the same channel once it is added.

Build and apply CRM views within the Ask Reevo chat. Ask it to set up a view based on any contact, account, or opportunity page and let Reevo do the rest for you.

It fills in the filters, sort order, and columns, then you can decide to save the result or continue refining it in chat.

Recent updates have enabled Reevo to build assets and different materials within the Ask Reevo chat.

Now you can move between viewing these assets with the entirety of the screen(s) available to you. Review what you need to with absolute clarity and pivot back to the chat if you need to without ever leaving Reevo or having to download a thing.

This will help you understand Reevo generated assets faster, making iterative refinements faster and more efficient.

Ask Reevo can now build a branded 6-10 slide meeting-ready pitch deck from a single prompt, pulling in CRM and meeting prep details.

Reevo will draw from previous meeting notes, available brand details, deal stage, company details and mission, email thread history, and organizational design to generate a pitch deck.

The file is generated directly in your Reevo chat and presented as a downloadable artifact in the canvas/output panel.

Workflows now supports a sequence enrollment trigger plus pause and resume sequence nodes, with ready-made templates, so you can automate how contacts move through sequences.

Ask Reevo can now understand, filter by, and update both contact and account stages straight from a prompt.

Workflows within Reevo now include a Contact Enrich node, so contact data can get enriched automatically as part of an automation through Skills.

Now there is a School filter in the search tool!

People search now lets you filter by "School" and add a Schools column, so you can target prospects based on where they studied for their university or higher level education.

Sales reps can now fully customize their list view toolbar. Reorder, hide, or unhide any view, including ones shared by teammates.

New functionalities available today:

1. Rearrange the order of the views from both the tab and dropdown menus
2. Hide/Unhide any views from tabs, including views shared by others
3. See if a view is a shared view/default view

Workflows now include a one-off Email Send node, letting team members send an email automatically as a step in any automation.

Now you can compose and send an email directly from any workflow step, both internally (team alerts, hand-offs, notifications) and externally (customer follow-ups, confirmations, reminders) use cases.

Create more clarity and uniformity as needed.

Column widths on CRM saved views are now savable and scalable, so everyone within your organization viewing a shared view sees the same layout.

Workflows can now create, update, and search custom object records and fire when those records change. This means you can automate processes around any object type without manual steps or webhooks.

Use the new coordinated set of nodes and triggers to give workflows full read/write access to your custom object data to get the most out of Reevo.

This will work with any custom object type you have defined (Project, Subscription, Property, Plan, Price, etc.).

You can now select a single-select primary closed won/lost reason alongside multi-select additional reasons for opportunities.

With this release, you can configure four new fields

• Primary Closed Won Reason
• Primary Closed Lost Reason (single-select, required at the respective close stage)
• Additional Closed Won Reasons
• Additional Closed Lost Reasons (multi-select, optional)

This enhancement improves data hygiene, reporting capabilities, and improves team/individual standing for why you are winning or losing deals.

Previously, the old Details and Custom Fields tabs were separate. Now we have collapsed them into one place! Custom Fields used to live in their own isolated world within Reevo, but now everything can live in one customizable tab.

Administrators can now:

• Reorganize freely — create your own groups (e.g. "Onboarding info", "ICP signals") and put any field, standard or custom, wherever it makes sense
• Hide what you don't use — ships with a curated set of system groups (Owner & participants, Contact info, etc.) as best-practice defaults; toggle any of them off per org, reset to defaults anytime
• Search across everything — one search box, all fields, no more tab-flipping
• Unified UX everywhere — Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Custom Object detail pages share the exact same Fields tab experience

Now reps can give Ask Reevo additional external context — spreadsheets, documents, and screenshots — without copy-pasting content into the chat.

You can now attach files (CSVs, PDFs, images) directly in Ask Reevo. Your agent reads the attached content and will use it as additional context for answering questions and accelerating your deals.

Ask Reevo can now view and analyze any individual web page you share with it, beyond the previous existing web research capabilities.

Ask Reevo will continue to do deep research through the web, it will search through multiple web sources and analyze their contents, but you can now direct it as well to specific web pages or sources you have identified.

The sequence Contacts tab now shows a count of of per-contact engagement (opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes) with sorting and quick-filter options.

Get notified via Slack and email the moment a prospect replies to a sequence, including instant alerts for accounts of interest and choose whether or not to receive a daily digest of all or select responses.

Previously, reps had to continuously refresh the Replies tab to know when a prospect responded to a sequence. No longer!

Sequence reply notifications surface replies to reps the moment they matter, according to their criteria, on the channel of their choosing:

• Email
• Slack
• Daily digests (email or Slack)
• Notifications in application

Email and Slack notifications can also be configured on a per-prospect/customer basis to help reps prioritize their attention for high priority accounts.

Starred chats are live! You can "star" (favorite) your Ask Reevo chats to pin them for quick access later, independent of skills or search. Just hit the star icon on any chat to save it.

Email templates and sequence steps now resolve scheduling links per sender at send time. This means one template works across an entire team without hardcoding a specific calendar URL.

Dynamic scheduler links introduce a variable that resolves to each sender’s own default scheduling link at send time, so one template works across the entire team.

Through dynamic scheduler links, you can:

• Insert “Sender’s scheduler” in email templates and sequence email steps — this resolves for per-sender at send time so each rep’s email links to their own calendar.

Give it a try:

1. Go to Settings → Events → Scheduling links and set one of your links as Default
2. Open an email template or sequence email step, click the calendar icon in the toolbar
3. Choose “Sender’s scheduler” (recommended) or “Specific link”
4. Optionally add a fallback link under Sender’s scheduler for senders without a default
5. Check the template preview — you should see your schedule’s title as a hyperlink

Workflows can now run on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom) without needing an event trigger, unlocking recurring reminders, data hygiene, and scheduled check-ins.

Previously, workflows only ran in response to something happening in the system (a deal closed, a meeting ended, a form was submitted, etc.). The Schedule trigger lets you run workflows on a clock — recurring or one-time — without waiting for anything to happen first.

Setup options: Pick the pattern that fits your needs:

• One Time — runs once at a specific date and time
• Daily — runs every day at the time you pick
• Weekly — pick one or more days of the week (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri at 10am)
• Monthly — pick a day of the month (e.g., the 15th at noon)
• Custom (Advanced) — drop in a chronological expression for anything more complex (e.g., every few days, every other week)

Schedule any Ask Reevo prompt to run automatically on a recurring basis. This is perfect for morning briefings, daily summaries, or weekly pipeline reviews. Take one less thing off your plate and reduce your cognitive load.

Scheduled prompts make managing your day to day that much easier. Set a prompt to run automatically on your schedule, and manage (pause, resume, or delete) those schedules as needed.

Manage this all through Ask Reevo. Test things to make sure it fits your preferences through the "Run Now" option - allowing you to immediately test a schedule when you configure it.

Pre-meeting prep now uses deeper web research to surface more personalized prospect insights. This includes citations so you can trust every claim is backed up by facts.

Operate with increased confidence when you go into meetings with prospects using citations to reinforce your claims, desk research, and meeting preparation.

Reevo now accurately attributes engagement activities to the appropriate accounts and opportunities, handling historical data and CRM record changes better.

Moving forward, all engagement activities should be associated to the correct CRM entity accurately and naturally. Please provide feedback if you encounter problems!

Finally - Small UI enhancements have also been introduced on the activity timeline to indicate the information source associated with specific activities.

Admins and reps can now build or update pipelines via chat with Ask Reevo. Use prompts from a description or guided step by step guidance.

Ask Reevo can now create and update your pipeline through simple conversational prompts or step-by-step guidance.

Describe what you want or need to Ask Reevo, refine the conversations, and it will ask you questions to understand how to best configure your pipeline updates.

See who changed any custom field, what the new value is, and when changes occurred. This provides full audit coverage for edits by rep, Ask Reevo, workflows, and AI suggestions.

Now you can capture snapshots of workflows automatically. Browse the full history, rename snapshots, view past versions, and split off previous states into new workflows or drafts.

This new workflow layout allows you to view workflows through a cleaner canvas with a new side panel and easier navigation between workflows, versions, and runs.

Major changes:

• The Production / Draft toggle is gone. Move between production and draft via the banner at the top of the canvas and the version history side panel.

Previously, Reports used only calendar months. Now we have more options for you.

Admins can configure a custom fiscal year start month so reports show fiscal periods (FY, FQ1, FQ2, etc.) instead of calendar quarters, with formatting carrying through to exports.

Reevo now does additional research to get more personalized information related to your prospects and meetings.

AI-generated meeting prep and post-meeting summaries now include source citations, so reps and customers can trust and verify every claim.

We have released a new admin level setting for phone call recording disclaimers

Admins can now enable a "this call is being recorded" disclaimer with custom text-to-speech that plays for the external participant, on both inbound and outbound direct dial calls.

Reps and customers now get automatic Slack and email alerts when a recording bot fails to join a meeting, so missed recordings can be caught and fixed quickly.

Whenever a bot fails to join a meeting due to permission issues, configuration settings, or host-related issues, Reevo will automatically send a Slack & email notification with details about the failure.

Workflows can now be designed to automatically enroll or unenroll prospects from sequences, enabling more sophisticated sequence automation based on CRM triggers.

How it works:

Reps can now CC additional email addresses on outbound emails sent through Reevo, giving stakeholders better visibility on customer conversations.

What's new?

• CC in sequence email steps: add CC recipients when configuring email steps in a sequence.
• CC in manual task composer: when drafting emails from manual tasks, you can add additional CC’d recipients.
• CC in email templates: save CC’d recipients directly on email templates, so they carry over automatically when the template is used in sequence steps.
• CC reply guard: replies from CC’d recipients won’t affect reply stats or terminate the sequence — only replies from the TO recipient will.

Ask Reevo now has the ability to update step content as add/remove steps of existing sequences.

For email steps specifically, you can review the changes Ask Reevo will make to the email content before approving, it will show you the current and proposed emails as well as the difference between the options.

• Clickable Record Names: Name fields in reports are now clickable on their own to open the record in the side drawer, so reps no longer need to add a noisy ID column just to navigate to a record. Demo link.
• Reorderable Drill-Through Columns: Columns in the drill-through modal, and that order persists across all chart segments in the same report. Demo link.
• Improved Empty State: Table headers now appear even when a report returns no data, making it easy to tell apart a zero-result filter from a loading error. Before, it was hard to tell if a report wasn't loading because there was no underlying data (e..g no records met the filters) vs. if there was a loading error

Sequence authors can now insert CRM custom fields like ICP Tier or Industry as personalization variables in email templates, and they resolve automatically at send time just like standard variables.

• Custom fields in the variable picker: Click { } in the email editor → custom fields appear under Contact and Account groups alongside standard fields.
• Drill-down picker redesign: Variable picker now shows category groups with counts → click to drill in → scoped search within each group.
• Chip click picker: Click any variable chip in the editor to swap it for a different variable using the same grouped picker.
• CSV import overwrite warning: Importing a CSV that overwrites custom fields used in active sequences shows affected sequences and requires confirmation.
• Contact/account edit warning: Editing a custom field on a contact or account in an active sequence shows a warning before saving.
• Field deletion warning: Deleting a custom field that’s used in email templates shows which templates are affected.
• Admin settings page: Settings → Engagement → Custom field variables — shows available fields by object type with copy-to-clipboard variable syntax.

You can now connect your Gmail account to Reevo for sequence and outbound using Google's standard "Sign in with Google" flow — no more app passwords or SMTP/IMAP setup.

How it works:

• One-click Gmail connection - connect your mailbox through Google sign-in.
• More reliable sending, sequences and outbound emails now send through the Gmail API directly, meaning fewer deliverability issues and smarter retry handling.
• Better sync & threading - replies and follow-ups stay properly threaded.
• No workflow changes needed - your existing sequences and outbound flows work exactly the same, just routed through the improved path automatically.

In Sequencing, choose Pause, Skip, or Exit per step type if a contact is missing. This includes a "Need attention" filter in the Contacts tab, clearer status badges, and a redesigned Settings tab.

Try it out

• Open a Sequence → Settings tab → expand Email/Call/LinkedIn outcomes to see fallback configuration.
• Enroll a contact missing an email → verify they show as Paused with “Missing email” in the Contacts tab.
• Click “Need attention” filter → verify only Paused contacts appear.
• Change a setting and switch tabs → verify the unsaved changes dialog appears.

Ask Reevo is now smarter and can now ask users questions.

What does this mean:

1. Ask Reevo can answer questions on intent, creating a sequence, or an opportunity.
2. Clarify duplicate contacts in the CRM (i.e. user Michael vs. a contact Michael)

Expanded Citation Sources has been released.
Ask Reevo can now cite two new data sources in addition to transcript lines:
• Email messages (new)
• Web pages (new) - specifically product help documentation

Search chat history within Ask Reevo easily to pull records, conversations, or reports you have previously generated. Use this to avoid repeat work, prompting, and save time for accessing historical conversations.

New fields expand capabilities to track engagement that include:

Engagement fields

• Last engaged meeting: Last time contact set a meeting or contact attended a user invited meeting.
• Last inbound call: Last time a contact called a user and the user picked up.
• Last inbound email: Last time a contact sent an email to a user.

Outreach fields

• Last outreach at: The most recent timestamp across the three outreach fields below.
  • Last attempted meeting: Last time a user set a meeting with a contact.
  • Last outbound call: Last time a user called a contact and the call went through — includes voicemails, but not unanswered or failed attempts.
  • Last outbound email: Last time a user sent an email to a contact that was successfully delivered

We just released the ability to do Sequence Enrollment and Sequence filtering from the Contacts view. Simply access this from the "Add Filter" drop down in the top left of this view.

This will allow you to filter contacts by Sequence enrollment (e.g., "enrolled in the last 7 days" or in a specific sequence you have programmed) and take bulk actions directly from the Contacts view.

Global Search lets you find records or information across Reevo from a single search bar.

Search across contacts, accounts, meetings, notes, opportunities, and custom objects from one place. Instead of navigating to each section individually, you can now search once and get the results you need from across all relevant parts of Reevo.

This applies to existing accounts and opportunities within your system.

It gets better! Ask Reevo now has the same capability to search across all these elements at once.

With Canvas. Ask Reevo responses can now open in a dedicated document—style panel. Easily export to PDF, share with anyone, or save as a note.

When you ask Ask Reevo to create, write, or draft structured content, the response is displayed in a dedicated side panel—the Canvas—rather than inline in the chat. This makes the content easier to read, reference, and use.

Once you have a Canvas, you can do the following:

• Export to PDF with ease
• Share PDFs with others
• Save the content directly (as a note)

In the stages of each pipeline, you can now configure:

• Closing probability—percentage a 0-100 scale
• Stage forecast category—select probability given the stage

Opportunities now have fields that include:

• Forecast category—a field for sales reps to build a bottoms-up view for categorizing each deal.
• Forecast leadership category—an optional field if sales leaders/managers want to capture a separate forecast category on each deal
• Forecast system category (same as stage default forecast category)—shows the stage-based forecast category you have configured
• Weighted Amount—applying the stage probability to the Opportunity's current amount to calculate a stage-weighted amount

This allows you to compare multiple views of your forecast (by representative category, leadership category, or system category). Reevo now allows you to compare Amount vs Weighted Amount for deals.

All this paints a more holistic picture of your business and pipeline.

• Use CRM owners — emails send from each contact's owner's mailbox automatically
• Use specific mailboxes — hand-pick which mailboxes to send from, distributed evenly

As a reminder, this displays information about sequences (email and outreach campaigns) that a contact is enrolled in.

Let’s get to the exciting part—you can now configure and modify individual steps within a sequence (an automated outreach campaign) with more dexterity. This includes:

• Step Content Updates
• Active Sequence Safeguards
• Step Reordering

Make workflows easier with the ability to duplicate variants. This will make it easier to create, duplicate, and modify your sequences.

Duplicating a variant will allow you to preserve everything you’ve already built, including steps and general configuration.

Our recommendation is you use this feature to double down on sequences or variants that are working for you today.

You can now manually control where contacts are in your sequences. Move prospects or contacts between phases or remove them from various phases in your process.

This gives you the ability to move between steps, skip steps, or execute a global opt-outs for customers. This is a new feature and we welcome feedback.

Our new integration with Microsoft enables users to connect either Microsoft or Google accounts to make the entire experience more seamless. The integration supports both personal (outlook.com) and work/school accounts with different OAuth scopes for Microsoft accounts.

You can add Teams conferencing and enable or disable recording for upcoming events directly in Reevo.

We previously only supported Google account integrations. These two integrations are currently mutually exclusive - users are not able to have both Google and Microsoft email/calendar connected simultaneously
